This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of LeapDataHQ services. By using LeapDataHQ, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use LeapDataHQ for any of the following:

• Sending spam, unsolicited bulk email, or unsolicited commercial messages
• Harassing, threatening, or targeting individuals
• Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from LinkedIn or any platform that prohibits automated data collection
• Abusing third-party provider APIs or platforms accessed through LeapDataHQ
• Engaging in illegal outreach, deceptive marketing, or fraudulent activities
• Using enriched data for purposes that violate applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Reselling enriched data in violation of data provider terms or applicable laws
• Circumventing access restrictions, rate limits, or security measures
• Uploading or processing data you do not have legal rights to use
• Using LeapDataHQ to build competing products or services

Data Collection and Use

You agree to only upload and enrich data that you have collected lawfully and have the right to use. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate privacy notices and obtaining necessary consents for the data you process through LeapDataHQ.

Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of LeapDataHQ complies with all applicable federal, state, and international laws, including but not limited to:

• CAN-SPAM Act (US)
• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU)
• California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
• CASL (Canada Anti-Spam Legislation)
• Any other applicable privacy, data protection, and marketing laws

Reporting Violations

If you suspect a violation of this policy, report it to support@leapdatahq.com. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include suspending or terminating accounts found to be in violation.

Consequences of Violation

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of any unused credits, and referral to appropriate authorities for serious violations.
