Cancellation Policy

Credit Pack Users

Credit packs are one-time purchases with no recurring billing. There is nothing to cancel. Your purchased credits remain in your account until used.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your dashboard settings or by contacting support@leapdatahq.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

After cancellation, you will retain access to subscription features until the end of your paid billing period. After that, your account will revert to free status. Any unused monthly credits from your subscription will not carry over.

Account Deletion

To delete your account entirely, contact support@leapdatahq.com. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All associated data, including enriched records, upload history, and credit balances, will be permanently removed.

What Happens to My Data?

Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate your account. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted. You can export your enriched records at any time before cancellation.
