Digital Software and Credit Packs
LeapDataHQ is a digital software (SaaS) product. Credit packs are one-time purchases of enrichment credits, reports, and exports. Because access, credits, enrichment checks, and exports are delivered immediately upon purchase and provide immediate value, payments are generally non-refundable once any credits from a pack have been used, an export has been generated, or software access has otherwise been provided.
If you purchase a credit pack and have not yet used any credits, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@leapdatahq.com with your order details.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or an incorrect credit amount — contact support@leapdatahq.com within 7 days of the charge with your Stripe transaction ID. We will review billing error reports promptly and issue a correction or refund if the error is confirmed.
Subscription Services and Cancellation
Monthly subscription fees, where applicable, are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as described under Billing Errors above. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support@leapdatahq.com; you will continue to have access to subscription features until the end of your current billing period, and cancellation does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the remainder of that period.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@leapdatahq.com with the email address used for purchase and your Stripe transaction ID (found in your payment confirmation email). We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds may be issued at LeapDataHQ's discretion for technical issues that prevented you from using purchased credits. No refunds will be issued for violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback with your payment provider, your account may be suspended pending resolution. LeapDataHQ reserves the right to dispute chargebacks when credits have been used or services have been delivered.
