Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LeapDataHQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.
Service Description
LeapDataHQ provides a B2B lead enrichment platform that allows users to search, enrich, review, and export company and contact data. The service operates on a usage-based credit system. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change with notice.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Accounts are for individual use and may not be shared without authorization.
Payment and Billing
Paid credit packs are charged at the time of purchase. Credits are consumed when enrichment or verification actions are performed. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform for illegal activities, spamming, unlawful scraping or data collection, bypassing platform rate limits, or violating the rights of others. You are responsible for having the rights and legal basis to upload and process any data you submit, and for complying with applicable privacy, email, anti-spam, and third-party platform rules (including CASL, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR where applicable) when using data reviewed or enriched through LeapDataHQ. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full list of prohibited activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
LeapDataHQ is an independent CSV cleanup, missing-field review, and enrichment workflow tool. Enrichment suggestions are based on available data, user inputs, and third-party sources, and may be incomplete or inaccurate. We do not guarantee data accuracy, complete enrichment, deliverability, leads, replies, meetings, sales, revenue, or any other business outcome. You must independently verify data before relying on it for outreach or business decisions.
Third-Party Services
LeapDataHQ relies on third-party services to operate, including hosting and infrastructure (Vercel), database hosting (Neon), payment processing (Stripe), analytics (Google Analytics), and configured enrichment data providers. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes in these third-party services that affect LeapDataHQ.
Limitation of Liability
LeapDataHQ is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Data accuracy, enrichment completeness, and business outcomes are not guaranteed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including outcomes related to outreach, sales, or revenue.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
