New: Lead Activation Copilot

Turn messy lead CSVs into sales-ready outreach plans

Upload your lead list. LeapDataHQ checks data quality, scores ICP fit, ranks the best opportunities, and creates outreach-ready messages you can review before exporting.

Outreach drafts require human review. LeapDataHQ does not auto-send messages or invent unsupported facts.

Who it is for

Built for teams that live in spreadsheets before the CRM

If you have a lead list but no clear plan for who to contact first — or what to say — the copilot turns that list into a prioritized workflow.

B2B and lead generation agencies
Cold email agencies
Freelancers selling B2B services
SaaS founders doing outbound
SDR teams and small sales teams
Consultants, recruiters, and business developers
What the copilot checks

Every row inspected before you send a single email

Missing critical fields

Rows without emails, company names, titles, or websites are flagged so you know what to fix before outreach.

Email format problems

Malformed addresses are caught before they bounce. Format is checked; deliverability is not guaranteed.

Duplicate rows

Duplicates are detected by matching email or name + company, so you never contact the same person twice.

Column coverage

See which columns are strong and which are too sparse to rely on for personalization.

ICP fit signals

Industry keywords, job titles, and locations from your ICP are matched against every row.

Personalization readiness

Rows with enough context for a genuinely personal first line are identified and prioritized.

The activation report

What you get from one upload

Data Readiness Score

A 0–100 score summarizing how usable your list is, with a clear status: clean, needs cleanup, or poor quality.

ICP fit score per lead

Every row scored 0–100 against your ICP, segmented into best fit, good fit, maybe, low fit, and needs cleanup.

Lead priority ranking

A ranked table showing who to contact first and why, with missing fields and suggested next steps.

Outreach pack per lead

A suggested offer angle, first line, subject line, cold email, two follow-ups, and a call opener — drafts for you to review.

Fix-before-outreach list

Concrete cleanup suggestions: which fields to fill, which duplicates to merge, which rows to exclude.

Sales-ready export

One CSV with your original columns plus every score, reason, and draft — ready for your CRM or sending tool.

Why enrichment alone is not enough

More fields don’t tell you who to contact first

Enrichment fills in missing data — and LeapDataHQ does that too. But a fully enriched list is still just a list. It doesn’t tell you which 20 of your 800 rows actually match your ideal customer, which rows are duplicates or dead weight, or what a credible first message looks like for each person.

The Lead Activation Copilot closes that gap: it scores every row against your ICP, ranks the best opportunities, explains why each lead is worth contacting, and drafts outreach you can review — so your list becomes a plan, not a backlog.

Outreach preview (sample) · Subject: Quick idea for Brightloop CRM

Hi Jordan,

Reaching out based on a note in my list about your company: “Mentioned scaling outbound on signup form”.

I work with teams like yours on done-for-you outbound lead generation, and I had one specific thought that might be useful.

Would you be open to a quick 15-minute call to see if it makes sense?

Best,
[Your name]

Drafts use only fields from the uploaded row plus your own offer — nothing is invented, nothing is auto-sent.

Honest by design

  • Review every outreach draft before sending — drafts are starting points, not finished emails.
  • Follow applicable email laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR, etc.) and the rules of any platform you use.
  • Only contact people you have a legitimate basis to contact; do not use scraped or non-permissioned data irresponsibly.
  • LeapDataHQ does not auto-send messages, scrape LinkedIn, or automate any platform on your behalf.
  • Fit scores are suggestions based on the data you provide — not guarantees of accuracy or conversion.
  • Email validity is not guaranteed unless verification is explicitly enabled.
FAQ

Lead Activation Copilot questions

What is a lead activation copilot?

A lead activation copilot turns a raw lead list into an outreach plan. LeapDataHQ analyzes your CSV for data quality issues, scores each lead against your ideal customer profile, ranks who to contact first, and drafts outreach messages you review before sending.

Can I upload a CSV of leads?

Yes. Upload any .csv file up to 10 MB. The copilot detects common columns like name, email, company, title, website, industry, and location, and lets you map custom headers in one step. The first 5,000 rows are analyzed.

Does LeapDataHQ verify emails?

No. The copilot checks whether an email is present and correctly formatted, but it does not verify deliverability. Email validity is not guaranteed unless a verification integration is explicitly enabled on your account.

Does it write cold emails?

It generates draft cold emails, follow-ups, and call openers using only the fields in your CSV and the offer you describe. Drafts never invent facts about a person or company, and every draft is meant to be reviewed and edited by you before sending.

Will it auto-send outreach?

No. LeapDataHQ never sends messages on your behalf. You copy drafts into your own email tool or CRM and send them yourself after review.

How does ICP fit scoring work?

You describe your ideal customer — industry keywords, job titles, locations, exclusions, and your offer. Deterministic rules score each row 0–100 based on how well the available fields match, with missing critical fields lowering the score. Fit scores are a prioritization aid based on the data you provide, not a guarantee of conversion.

Can I export the results?

Yes. The sales-ready export includes your original columns plus data health status, fit score, segment, fit reason, missing fields, suggested next steps, and the full outreach drafts for each lead.

Can I use this before importing into my CRM?

That is exactly the intended workflow: clean and prioritize the list first, exclude weak or duplicate rows, then import the sales-ready CSV into your CRM or cold email tool.

Turn your next CSV into an outreach plan

Upload a lead list, score ICP fit, prioritize your lead list, and export a sales-ready CSV — with every draft reviewed by you before it goes anywhere.
